The location is very central to alot of close amenities. It's situated on Lake Orr which is a lovely sunrise or sunset walk to start or finish the day. It's near Robina shopping center and has a Aldis supermarket only walking distance away. Bond university is a short 10 minute walk away also. The apartment is brand new, fully furnished and very spacious. It's has very nice views over looking the mountains and pool area. The complex has underground secure parking, Bbq dining area, Sauna, virtual golf, gym and a fabulous swimming pool. It's a very quite area and it's based on Christine avenue near alot of popular cafes and a short trip to Burleigh beach. The public transport is a short 2 minute walk and runs regularly also to any destination needed.

From the UK/Wales and moved here two years ago after travelling around Australia. The Gold Coast was the place I loved the most as the beach life and friendly lifestyle here made me wanting return to work. I'm 27 and work full-time as a plumber. I'm very clean, love the outdoors and keeping fit. Very sociable and easy going.
My l partner's 25 and also works fulltime within Tiffany and Co the Jewellers at Pacific Fair. We both into movies nights and love going out most nights visiting friends, the gym and dining out.
