About the property
It’s a fully furnished 3 bedroom town house that’s 4 storeys tall. It has an undercover secure garage spot available for a small car and the bottom floor has a laundry, entryway /mudroom and small courtyard. The second floor contains a large kitchen, living and dining area that’s spacious and well lit. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a dishwasher and utensils but feel free to bring anything extra. There’s also 2 balconies and a toilet on this floor. The bedrooms are all on the third floor as well as the shared bathroom. The bedroom has a small built cuboard and large windows but is very private as the room is above the neighbouring houses. The shared bathroom has a vanity, toilet and shower. The living area has an aircon and we are currently in the process of installing aircons in the bedrooms.
Finally the rooftop is great for entertaining, watching the sunset and tanning as it has great views of the whole the Gold Coast

Hi,
I’m a 19-year old student at Griffith University living in a 3 bedroom town house and looking to find an easygoing, clean and friendly housemate. I’m outgoing person and I love being outdoors whether it’s going on hikes or tanning at the beach or at the house. I enjoy going out on the weekend with friends and between university and work often out and about but still like some downtime at home. I’m very easygoing so having friends over or listening music is really not a problem to me at all as long as everyone respects each other.
