My girlfriend and i are only living here about 2 months per year. December/January to early February

The unit complex is neat and secure and is on the water and has a beautiful pool and hot spa, bbq area etc.
The unit is neat and has everything required, and the bedroom for rent has a ceiling fan, air con, tv and built in wardrobe.
