Not very close to public transport, closest bus is 10-20 mins walk. Harbour Town (outlets) is a 5 min drive or 20-30 minute walk. Other shopping centre also 5 minute drive away.
25-30 minute drive to Surfers Paradise.
15-20 minute drive to Griffith University.
Bathroom is shared with Liz. Bedroom small but if in need of desk space - and can’t fit in room - it can be in communal area if needed. Have linen closet for small storage and a garage for larger storage (not used to park car).
Only need to supply own bedroom furniture!

About Liz: I work full time in marketing so mostly free on weekends. Love Gilmore girls, the office, stranger things - I play them as background noise now. I travel as often as I can and love skiing, swimming, running. Quite bubbly but also chill. And moved to the Gold Coast 14 months ago.
About Jess: Recently graduated from University, and currently working part time. I love to play sport, specifically netball and oztag. I also really enjoy country music and a bit of line dancing. Can be quiet and reserved but become outgoing once you get to know me. I have been living on the Gold Coast for 4 years now and love it!
