Double Bed Rooms (Female preferred) range from $400 to $420 : Available from 14 February

Double Bed Rooms Pricing :

$400 per week for minimum 6 months stay (for 1 Person)

$420 per week for minimum 4 months stay (for 1 Person)

2 Single Beds Large Room with Balcony and Ocean Views (for 1 female only) , minimum 4 months stay : Maybe available around 20 March 2026

2 Single Beds Room Pricing :

Move in as 1 person : You can take the entire room for $420

Move in as 2 persons : May consider 2 persons at a higher weekly rent (but I would give preference to Single applicants)

Rooms are for female students or backpackers studying or working in or near Southport. May consider a Male student who is absolutely clean

Great rooms with Ocean / Broadwater / City views, walk across the road to Coles, Woolworths and Kmart, Southport and Southport South tram stations closeby.

To Griffith University : It takes only 8-9 minutes (or 3 stops) from Southport station (300 metres away from our building)

To Surfers Paradise : It takes only 10-11 minutes (or 5 stops) from Southport South station (250 metres away from our building)

As the rooms are facing east/south (not north), it will be nice and cool even during the daytime.

- INCLUDE ALL bills (power, hot water, fast NBN WiFi 100 Mbps)

All rooms have lockable door, desk, chair, lamp, clothes drying rack and powerboard.

2 Single Beds Room : Its an EXTRA LARGE room (3.8m x 3.7m) with balcony, wide ocean/broadwater views, extra firm mattresses, open wardrobe etc. If for 2 people, around 1 large and 1 small suitcase of items for each person.

Not a party house, for non-smokers only.

Need to bring your own pillow and blankets

No electric scooters, e-bikes, bicycles inside apartment

3 weeks notice to leave

Best to include a profile with photo. Which suburb will you be studying in or working at ? How long are you going to stay ? When will you be ready to move in ?

About the flatmates

This apartment has been mainly occupied by full time students and young professionals. Everyone here are easygoing and clean.

Students from all over the world have stayed here, including representatives from Japan, Finland, Korea, Norway, China, New Zealand, Timor-Leste, Brazil, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Estonia, Germany, Thailand, England, Vietnam, Canada, USA, Indonesia, Spain, Taiwan etc.

ADVANTAGES for staying here:

- Best location in Southport for Convenience and Safety (next to shopping centre, 2 tram stops nearby, many restaurants and shops to choose from)

- clean as you go, no need to take turns to do big clean-ups so you can more focus on your own schedule ( I don't treat my flatmates like professional cleaners, it's not your job )

- Each room may cater for 1 or 2 persons, usually no wait time when you want to use the kitchen, bathroom & laundry, usually 2 to 3 people in apartment (maximum at 5)

- 3 pools, gym, dry and wet saunas, spa, recreation lounge, bbq areas

- I have been renting out rooms for a few years, so i know how to properly manage a sharehouse and to meet your reasonable expectations

- You will deal with the owner directly, 1) so no subletting issues by a tenant; 2) no need to disappear from the apartment during property maintenance or inspection; 3) no need to stay as an unauthorised person
