I have a room that I'm renting out in a fairly modern apartment. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is comfortably sized. It is a secured building that has a decent sized balcony and a roof-top area with a really good view. This is a quiet, well ventilated, secured and well lit room available for a student or working individual.

Cannot emphasize enough that this is not a party house by any degree. If you're a person that appreciates your own personal space for study or otherwise, this will definitely be the place for you. You'll be sharing with only 1 other person (myself)

More about the room:
- You have your own room that's quiet and extremely well ventilated and lit
- You already have a bed in there (double bed) with a mattress present. You will need to purchase your own bed protector and linen.
- It has a sliding closet attached to the room
- You will have access to the guest restroom. Since it shared with guests, it will always need to be clean and tidy. If this is not you, this will not work.
- The kitchen area is always kept clean. No clutters or mess. It is shared.
- Washing machine available within unit

More about the area:
- Public transport is a 4 minute walk (bus and tram) and takes you straight to the university's doorstep if you're a student
- Woolworth and other groceries are 7 minute walk from the building
- Many, many restaurants and fast food areas in a less than 2 km radius of the building (it's kind of a curse lol)

What you'll need to be to be a good fit:
- A quiet, clean and tidy person (cannot understate this). Most areas are shared so you'll definitely need to keep on top of this.
- A person that appreciates their own space and is also respectful of others' space
- Not a party person. There will be rules discussed about this upon the consideration process
