About the flatmates
Currently myself Aust (Ben) 38M, Lauren (28FM), Mathew Aust. (30)
Flatmates are all full time workers and myself run a company as well as work another job in traffic management. We enjoy chatting with each occasionally but respect each others space. the house is big 3 story with 5 bedrooms, pool, gym, billiard room/bar, cinema room. the house is big and very spacious so plenty of space to kick back alone with a book, study or just relax and kick your feet up.
I own the house, as well as my own businesses in Southport and Surfers paradise.
Ideally looking for someone who is fairly social and comfortable cleaning up after themselves

i like to make everyone feel comfortable as if it was their own home.
We’re all clean, friendly, and fun. we all like to have a beer or wine occasionally. your more than welcome to have mates around as well as long as everyone’s chill and respectful of noise if someone has to work the next day. but the house is big so noise is not really an issue so far.
We’ve got 2 older staffies, Tank and Trooper, who are super friendly and love getting attention from anyone. they like to think they are little humans. and will even try to join in on conversations sometimes. tank the eldest even says hello well he tries to. but yea they love a cuddle, get a bit over excited to start but calm down quickly and will laze around at your feet if let in from time to time.
