The house is awesome! We have a huge deck looking out onto a green and quiet council reserve with a fire pit seating area looking onto the reserve! The lounge room is spacious and we have a big comfy couch. Large and functional kitchen.
Located on the same road as Griffith Uni Bridge. Convenient location and a short walk or drive to Ashmore City Shops.
The complex is nice and quiet with decent street parking. There is a large pool and spa that's always empty and a tennis court for you to enjoy.

About the flatmates
Your housemates are really chill and all get along well! 2 young 20's men and 1 young 20's girl. We all work full time and not a very busy house most of the time. On weekends two of us go back to Brisbane so the house is quiet usually.
Quite private and we all just do our own thing!
