The property has a large yard with a storage shed, a large carport area enclosed with a front gate and is located 100m from Southport Park Shopping Centre, multiple bus stops and options for public transport and a 5 minute drive from Surfers Paradise making it a central place to live while still located in a quiet suburban backstreet.
I work a lot, enjoy the beach when I get free time and am easy to get along with.
