Hi guys! We're looking for a new housemate living with us in the modern 3 bed 2 bath apartment located in Southport — only 3 mins walk to the tram station!

- $300 electricity and internet bills included
- Unfurnished, built in wardrobe with mirror — design your own room!
- Share the bathroom with 1 person
- Shared area has almost everything including fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, couch, TV, vacuum, washing machine, dryer etc.
- There are a shared rooftop pool and heated jacuzzi available upstairs for your chill days 🛁
- You will be living with a lovely couple, nice gentleman and 1 puppy (a playful pomsky).
- Parking not available / scooter and bike can park in downstairs secure basement.

Our ideal housemate🫶🏻
- Clean, respectful and able to pay the rent on time
- Must not be allergic to pets* and understand that he's a little boy that can make a mess sometimes — don't worry about cleaning, we'll do it :)
- No drugs or illegal substances
- Non-smoker preferred
- Visitors/friends OK but please don't invite them to stay over night.
- We do drink and play games occasionally and you're welcome to join us 🍺
