House 1~ bus stop in front one house (room 1-3)

Room 1: $255/week, Queen bed, available from 8th Feb 26

Room 2: $270/week, big room, Queen bed, available from 12th Feb 26.

Room 3: $300/week, Master room, Queen bed, available around 15th Feb 26.

House 2~ 2 mins walk to bus stop in Southport

Room 4: $255/week, Queen bed, available from 2nd Feb 26.

Room 5: $260/week, big room. Queen bed, available from 22nd Feb 26.

Min. stay one month if u can move in room available date. If can't, min.stay will be three months.

Free WIFI/electricity/water. Parking off road.

House rules:

1. NO friend stay overnight. Friend for an occasional meal is ok but no boy /girl friend visit.

2. No party.

3. Finish cooking/shower/dry hair before 11pm. No Late night workers. No uber delivery workers

4. Do house clean by schedule
