About the flatmates
Kia ora, I'm from New Zealand! I'm looking for a flatmate! Flatmate is returning to Italy!
I have a single room available with single bed, desk and draws.
I work full time shift work. Oh you will have to be a cat lover as Zephyr is an inside cat.
It's a 15 minute walk down to the water front and some great eateries. The university and hospital are in the area.
I have home security and all power, internet and water is included with weekly rent.
I take pride in my home, it's always clean and tidy. The home only has one bathroom but two toilets.
Also a large outside covered decking area too enjoy the active bird life in the area.
Currently in the flat is myself and married couple from Argintina.
It's a very chill flat, we are quietly living our best lives!
