About the flatmates

Hi,

I am moving into this property on Thursday 8.5.25 and looking for a roommate to take the second room in the apartment. The building is in a Meriton suites apartment block and has its own indoor pool, sauna and gym. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops are within a minutes walk.

The apartment overlooks the water and is 5 minutes away from Australia Fair. I am looking for some who is employed fulltime, who will pay rent on time and help to keep the place clean and tidy. Not a party house but don't mind if you have friends over.

You will have the main bathroom to yourself and there is also plenty of street parking near by, as well as the light rail less than 2 minutes walk from the building. Room comes unfurnished. Apartment fully furnished.

I work as a psychologist and keep pretty active with fitness and sport. I like spending my weekends outdoors and catching up with friends, however, I like to keep my home calm and peaceful, so I won't be throwing big house parties.
