Rooms for rent Southport-Ashmore, all furniture/power bills/water bills/internet included. Space, private yet sociable, safe, relaxed and happy home with a rooms available. Perfect for someone who wants a relaxed/simple place to live. Great for students of Ashmore Tafe and Griffith Uni from $150/week CASH (men’s dorm bed) 4 weeks bond but only 1 week rent in advance. The rooms have a bed, desk with office chair, bedside table and mirrored wardrobe. It’s very possible to simply come with your clothes and you’ll be fine. Medium to long term preferred but as long as possible for the right person. Please note we do not have contracts, the only request I have is 2 weeks’ notice if you want to leave. This also works the same way if I request you to leave. It's very important that we have the right balance in a share house. Having no contracts means you are not forced to stay if you are not happy, and we are not forced to keep you if we are not happy.

Located (Maris street Southport ) right on the border of Southport and Ashmore. Griffith Uni is a 4.9km cycle or bus journey, Surfers Paradise beach is a 4.2km cycle / drive, Ashmore Plaza (Woolworths) a 1.7km cycle or walk, Aldi or southport park is 2.1km away A bus stop about 70 metres away (Coolibah st & Sussex Drive park). Please research the viability of this bus stop and location for your needs BEFORE making further contact
