Two rooms will be available at the same date!
Each room has AC and semi-furnished (Queen Bed, bedside, Chair and lamp). It can be unfurnished as its shown in the photos if you want.
Bed 1 - $320/week (3.7m × 3.3m)
Bed 2 - $320/week (3.6m x 3.3m)
All include bills with the ultra fast internet,
A bathroom, a washing machine and a fridge are only for you and your mate! Sometimes with short term guest.
There are heaps of storages in the kitchen and garage.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. Including me and gf, there will usually be 4 people living here or a maximum of 5 at times as we value a comfortable and tidy living environment without feeling crowded.
One small house rule: no outdoor shoes inside.
The place has a private backyard jungle bush it gives the house a calm and peaceful vibe.
