Honestly since my time in Australia this has been THE best and most convenient spot. Smith has a very nice community. Literally a huge beautiful park right in-front of the building. Walking distance to Woolies, Griffith, Tram. And Far apart rooms in the apartment. Complete privacy and new apartment.
Only reason I’m looking for a new housemate or mates is because my current housemate has to go back overseas for a long time.

Hey! Just a bit about me, just finished my Masters from Griffith. I work full time and go to the gym pretty much every day. I have a pretty active lifestyle.
Also, I'm super clean and I am big on keeping the place clean. I won't ask you to do anything I won't be doing.
I prefer someone who is quiet, like me. And also, someone who has a busy schedule, either with work or university.
