About the property
Living with one girl (30), and two guys (30 & 27). We all work full time - Ashlee in design, Jordan in HR and Basho who works with Ashlee. We often spend large parts of the weekends out of the house or simply holed up in our rooms decompressing from life in general.
We do enjoy a chat but often keep to ourselves and relax outside of work.
Would love someone fun and vibrant to move in who wants to chat and is down for a housemate dinner and a drink.

About the flatmates
Private bedroom with a shared bathroom in Southport, centrally located near tram and bus stops, 5 mins drive to Aus Fair and Smith St motorway, 15 mins to Pacific Fair and Southport Park shopping centre only a short drive away.
8 min drive to GCUH/GCPH and a 2 stop tram ride.
Street parking, though a house mate with garage space is looking to move in the new year so this could come available. Plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe, this room can easily fit a queen bed in with an entertainment unit or a desk in the room also.
Great natural light and a cross breeze, this room also shares a bathroom with one housemate, female (26). Moderate outdoor area we’d love to eventually do something with, and plenty of area upstairs to store 27 clothes airers.
Bond is 4 weeks rent, 2 weeks in advance and then a bond for electrical items.
Internet is $19.75 pp per month, we also have to pay for gas bottles for hot water (approx $42 per each per bottle), and water and electricity. We buy household essentials as we need.
We have a cleaning roster that rotates that ensures that everyone takes turns cleaning, but also ask that everyone is generally clean and tidy.
The lease is due for renewal in May - have had no issues with past renewals so will be signing on for another 12 months. Any applicant who can commit to the full 12 months will be added to the lease at renewal time :)
