This apartment is very close to broadwater parkland, 10mins walk! So it’s really nice when you need fresh air and you can just go and take a walk or have a picnic at broadwater! If you love to swim, the aquatic center is right there too! There is a bus stop just 5 mins walk away! The Southport tram station is 10-15 mins away. There is underground parking so it’s very safe! Korean restaurants very close by, just walking distance, Australia fair would be 15-20mins walk away. This apartment is gated so it’s very safe😊 Our apartment is fully furnished with most things bought by me, the room will come with a double sized bed. If you want your own bed that’s fine with us. My name is Rasmi, I am a RN working in GCUH, I’m living with my sister in this apartment I’ve been living here for the past 5 years, we’re the polar opposites, I like to be home a lot and I do keep to myself most of the time when I’m home, I do like hanging out at times but my social battery dies quite quickly😅, I do play badminton, I enjoy going to cafes too😊 whereas my sister loves going out, she goes out to the beach often, we do have game nights some times with ps5!
