I’m a single mum working full-time, looking for a respectful and reliable flatmate to rent one of the rooms in my 3-bedroom unit.
I live with my 19-year-old, who works full-time, and my 8-year-old every second fortnight. The household is quiet, just myself and my son. I also have a 12-month-old British Shorthair cat. The unit is in a well-maintained complex located in front of the tram line. We’re a clean, non-smoking household and not a party house.
