THE HOUSE
Freshly renovated and clean house with a garden in a great, peaceful location.
1 large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.
The room has a garden view and faces north, with lots of sunlight throughout the day. It has air conditioning and a fan.
$425 per week (single occupant).
Bills are not included and will be shared 50/50 with me (NBN internet, electricity, water, gas).
The room can be unfurnished or furnished with a queen bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, desk, and chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchenware, so you don’t need to buy anything.
My friend is moving to the Sunshine Coast for work, and I’m looking for someone to take his place.
