Looking for mature, professional person (must be working full-time) to share 3-bedroom, 2-storey townhouse (close to Chevron Island) in Southport, with female owner & ginger cat (helpful if you like cats & are not allergic to fur!!).
Must be self-sufficient, quiet, tidy & respectful.
Fully furnished bedroom, own bathroom, communal living area, swimming pool, close to public transport, local shopping precinct, 30min walk to Surfers Paradise (& Beach).
Ideally suit person 40years plus. I am quiet, retiring type yet enjoy stimulating company. Not into party's. I prefer to socialise out & keep my home a sanctuary.
