On the lookout for a roommate!!
We are currently looking for a roommate to move in! Located at the Smith Collective in Southport in a Townhouse. Looking at around the 20th of February
You will be living with 2 males and a female, two of which are in a couple. We are all very sweet people and do our best at keeping the house clean and tidy. We are looking for someone around our ages ( 20-22 ), preferably a female (save me from going crazy with 3 men in the house heheh) but definitely still open to males aswell
Details
- $272.50 rent, Bills are always split evenly between all roommates (electricity, water and Internet)
- 12 month lease however may turn into longer if we decide to stay again
- Separate room (13m square) and bathroom (bathroom located downstairs, bedroom upstairs)
- Bathroom is shared with the laundry, however bathroom is big
- Parking will be on rotation, 3 cars can fit in the town house drive way / garage 1 car will have to park at carpark supplied by estate $100 per month however this will be taken in turns every month between the 4 of us
- Basic household purchases and dinners are split between us all usually around $30-$40 per week for the groceries, we take in turns cooking and cleaning the kitchen afterwards to make it easier for us all. Breakfast and Lunches however are purchased and done separately
- Close to the Griffith University, Woolworths, and Tram Station
- Has a pool and gym facilities within estate all included in lease
