Right across from like 7 Op shops, also across the road from the Broadwater so we get a lovely breeze! Never had any problems with any of the other units, everyone is pretty friendly. I can’t lie, the place isn't fantastic, waiting on the realestate to fix some things here and there but honestly I feel like it’s a great place especially for only $260 per person. We do have to pay electricity every so often as well but it’s never too much, last one was $280 total so $140 each. We don’t have to pay for water either so that’s good!
I don’t currently have internet but I’m happy for us to set some up and split it! I’ve just been using my data honestly.

Heyo! This unit will now have 2 cats as well as myself since my housemate can’t take their cat with them, so no dogs sorry unless they’re small. I live right across from the Broadwater and have like 7 Op shops across the road. I’m 23 and a bit of a nightowl so no need to be quiet around the house at any time of day. Im a very sociable person but can easily switch off if you’re more of an introvert! Also this is a queer and neurodivergent friendly space so I’d prefer someone with similar vibes if possible! No stress either way tho honestly!
