Large open plan living area with a southward facing skylight. Big lounge with a large TV and comfy couch. A large balcony. A set of units that is at the end of the street so there is minimal noise from outside. I keep the house cool with the main AC and I take care of electricity.

Im a 36 year old male. I run two small business as a sole trader, one being a NDIS independent support worker and the other a mobile car detailing business. I'm addicted to fishing and im often out late, I make minimal noise when I'm home and im not home often. I have a large comfy lounge with a 65inch TV that I hardly use. Fast internet. Your bedroom has a decent size walk in wardrobe, but I do have some stuff in storage in there in one corner. Your room will also has a normal wardrobe. I keep the place very CLEAN, and I would expect similar from yourself. The bathroom is shared.
