About the property
Bright and sunny, very quiet house
Room available upstairs 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with all amenities provided. You’ll be living with myself upstairs, own room, balcony off bedroom and shared bathroom. Any additional furnishings can be added at your request.
The house is secure in a nice quiet leafy street. It is walking distance to the light rail and buses, being one block away. Nice and close to all of the restaurants, cafes, China Town and Australia Fair being 3 blocks away.
Downstairs is occupied by a couple (early 30’s) that study and work multiple jobs and enjoy fitness, yoga, meditation, surfing and camping.
We are all quiet in general and do love having a quiet and peaceful home, it’s definitely not a party house.
The house is kept nice and clean so would like someone that is also into living in a tidy home.
The house environment is very independent and it would be great if I could find someone that’s fairly independent too. In saying that I’m always happy to have a chat and the occasional dinner.

I’m very independent, an early riser and am super busy when working either in a separate studio at home or on location as a costume maker in the film industry.
Early mornings start the day with walks on the beach and gardening keeps me busy on the weekends. A young couple early 30's live downstairs in their own self contained space. We’re all about keeping things laid-back and friendly, making it the perfect spot to enjoy an easygoing vibe.
