About the flatmates
Hi! I’m a 30-year-old nurse working at GCUH and will be travelling for around 3 months, from the first week of March to the first week of May, so I’m looking to rent my room for a minimum of 2 months.
I’m tidy, respectful, and a non-smoker. I enjoy relaxing with TV in my downtime and socialising, while also valuing personal space.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other flatmate who is a doctor — friendly, considerate, and very respectful of privacy. We keep the place calm, clean, and comfortable.
Just to be transparent: there is currently some extra furniture stacked in the living area. It doesn’t affect the functionality of the space, but it does interrupt the aesthetic a little. Most of it should be cleared away within the next few weeks; however, you may need to be comfortable with some extra furniture around initially.
