to share our big house.
we have the master bedroom upstairs for rent
there are 2 living areas, share bathrooms upstairs and downstairs
The bus stop is at the end of the street 50m walk to going north or south, easy access to uni's and shopping centre's, there is also have a study nook set up to study in
We would like a clean/tidy person that is respectful of other flatmates
It's a 13 min walk to surfers paradise just across chevron island.
Close to everything, sunday markets at Hota, bus stop, supermarket, gym, park on the water and 10min bike ride to beach.
this house is big quiet, relax and chilled so we are looking for the same
its not a party house but don't mind a drink here and there around the fire pit.
