This unique custom-built large house is close to everything, relaxing, safe and a stable place to call home.

It has a large outdoor hydrotherapy spa with 40+ jets and coloured LED spa lights, which is perfect to relax in on a hot day or watch the stars at night.

Renovated, spacious, peaceful and tidy, the house is near the Southport CBD, Griffith Uni, buses, Gold Coast Hospital and is a 2-minute walk to the new light rail Queen Street stop.

It has a large yard, which attracts many native birds, particularly at sunrise and sunset. It has organic fruit trees and herbs growing, views to Southport and Surfers Paradise and sea breezes. The house is secure with intercom security and a large modern fence.

2 large rooms are available now. One is fully furnished with a double bed, large window, desk and built-in cupboard. It is lockable for extra privacy. The room is $395 per week.

This includes power, gas, water, wifi internet access and Foxtel in the living room.

The other room has its own ensuite bathroom and is $450 a week all inclusive.

The house has air conditioning although is rarely needed as the sea breezes are so steady.

There is a spacious living area with Foxtel plus a new fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, electric oven and dishwasher.

A 2-week refundable security deposit is required in advance.

Minimum 3-month stay – would suit an employed single person or student wanting long term, stable accommodation.

The Happy House is a very unique house as it's been custom-built. I have lived in the house for 24 years so it's very stable if you want somewhere longer term and if it doesn't suit you, it's just 2 weeks' notice to move on.

We do our best to ensure there is a positive feeling in the house and that everyone's space is respected.
