A 10 min walk to Uni and the light rail. Double bed, all bed linen, bedside table, chest of drawers, bookcase, wardrobe, desk, chair, fridge. The house has two fridges, but you have a proper fridge in your room and a kettle. Lovely breezes off the front balcony, blockout curtains, security screens on all house windows. Large pantry and two fridges. Ample cupboard space in the kitchen. All crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, electrical items such as toaster, kettle, microwave and rice cooker supplied. All bills included.
