The second bedroom is furnished with two king single beds, one desk, and one chair (an additional desk and chair can be provided upon request). The room also has a large wardrobe, making it convenient for storage.

The two occupants of the second bedroom will have their own private bathroom. Internet is provided, and the apartment has a water purifier, so you can drink filtered water at home.

The apartment is always kept clean and tidy. As it is located on a high floor, it offers a beautiful ocean view of the Gold Coast.

Australia Fair Shopping Centre is located directly across the street, and on the ground floor of the apartment building there are various Asian restaurants, a hair salon, a bakery, and other convenient facilities.

The apartment complex includes three swimming pools, a gym, and BBQ facilities.

We prefer two people moving in together. The rent is $270 per person per week, and tenants are welcome to use the shared kitchen and kitchenware.
