Rent & Payment Details:
No bond required.
Rent must always be kept two weeks in advance (refunded when you leave).
To secure the room:
Pay one week’s rent as a deposit.
Two weeks’ rent when you move in.
Then, ongoing weekly payments.

About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Warren, and I work as an accountant. I’m the only one on the lease. You’ll also be sharing the house with Dean—he’s Australian like me, and we both work regular daytime hours.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to find someone who fits well with our household—responsible, pays rent on time without reminders, and keeps things clean and tidy. We’re pretty easygoing, but we do expect everyone to pitch in for shared essentials like toilet paper, cleaning products, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing powder, and laundry liquid. I usually buy these and split the cost when it gets to about $10 or so.
Food & Storage:
You’ll look after your own food, and you’ll have your own cupboard and fridge shelf.
Other Details:
Non-smokers only, please.
No couples—the building management only allows a maximum of three people in the property.
