Hi, there ~
I'm looking for someone who find a private room. (If you come, live with Asian couple)
I will provid you own private toilet and bathtub(it separate) Also come with a balcony for your convenience in the room)
Amenities include a swimming pool and a barbecue area.
The house location is middle of island so if you go out by walk
- Within about 3 minutes, you can find restaurants, convenience stores, a post office, cafes, pharmacies, etc.
- About 10 minutes walk will take you to the Renaissance,
- and about a 15-minute walk will get you to Surfers Beach or Main Beach.
If you have a vehicle:
- It is about a 5-minute drive to South Port Park Shopping Centre,
- about a 10-minute drive to Australia Fair,
- and about a 15-minute drive to Pacific Fair.
Street parking is available.
Fastest Telstra Wi-Fi is provid.
All the bills are included.
There will be a total of 3 people living in the house.
My requirements are a 2-week deposit and a 2-week notice when you are leave. Also need your ID copy too.
