There is a pool, tennis court and a library in the building. The room will be just for you, there's to be no visitors in the apartment, but visitors are welcome in the BBQ and garden areas downstairs.

About the flatmates
I work 5 to 6 days a week in construction. Afternoons I like to relax at home before going out for a bike ride or to exercise by the water on the outdoor gym equipment. Weekends I usually catch up with friends and family. I like to spend time in nature and discover new places, I'm always up for a trip into to the Gold Coast hinterland to explore and find new waterholes.
