About the property
Hey everyone,
Starting March 23th , I will have a room for rent in my apartment in Surfers (between Surfers and Broadbeach), near the Florida Garden station.
The location is excellent:
• Near the tram station;
• 7 minutes by tram from The Oasis;
• 9 minutes walking to the beach;
• 10 minutes by tram from Cavill Station;
• 20 minutes by tram from Pacific Fair.
The rent is $360 per week, including Wi Fi.
The electricity bill is separate and comes every three months. It usually works out to around $20 to $25 per week.
Bond is 2 weeks, $720.
