About the property
Spare, partly furnished bedroom available for short/medium term use. Queen bed and bedside tables in there with portable aircon. Kitchen, living room etc all set up and stocked. Apartment on the second floor of small apartment block on Chevron Island (Just outside Surfers Paradise). Balconies on both sides of the unit, small one attached to the spare bedroom, big one out front with BBQ, Pizza oven and plants.
Internet and power included in bills.
This would suit someone for 1-6 months or so. WHV, Students etc are fine. Prefer someone who is not working from home. No pets allowed sorry. Looking for one person ideally, open to more but price would be higher. You will have your own bathroom and toilet as I have an ensuite in my room.
No to smoking on the property. Yes to wine.
Parking on street.
Like to keep the place clean and quiet.
