About the flatmates
My name is Simon and I am the owner of the property. I will not be living in the apartment but will visit regularly to make sure everyone is happy.
Bedroom B-1 (with ensuite) is currently occupied by a 26 year old UK couple.
Bedroom B-2 is currently occupied two Italian girls aged 25 years.
Bedroom B-3 will be available from FEBRUARY 24, 2026. It currently has a double bed but can be changed to one single bed if prefer more space.
Bedroom B-2 and B-3 share the main bathroom so there will be 3 people (including you) sharing that bathroom.
Electricity & internet are included in the room price.
The apartment is fully furnished for holiday rentals and ready to move in.
Underground parking space (+ $50/week per car) is on a first come basis.
No pets allowed.
No smoking/drugs/alcohol/parties/etc.
We can accept room rental from a minimum of 6 months.
Bedroom B-3 Pricing: $420/week (inc Bills) for one person only / Bond $1680.
