Hi there,
Newly renovated apartment available for rent from February 1st. Total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has private ensuite bathroom and is rented by Jamie, a male in his early 30s. The second bedroom is rented by Connor, a male his late 20s. The third bedroom is available to be rented. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share one bathroom that is pictured. Each bedroom is rented separately. Please note this bedroom has an opaque door with a curtain to let the light through and give privacy (see photos). There is a 3 month minimum stay and bond is 4 weeks rent.
Apartment:
Furniture included for bedrooms, common areas furniture included. Freshly renovated with ocean views. Open plan dining, living, kitchen with balcony running along entire front of common areas. There is aircon in the open area living space. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Kitchen includes everything you need, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, cutlery, etc. Apartment is move in ready!

Common pool area with both a pool, spa and sauna.
Location:
Niche area called Northcliffe (near Northcliffe Surfclub) located within Surfers Paradise. Apartment is across the street from the beach. New beachfront path out front that connects from Main Beach down past Burleigh. Approx 10 minute walk to Surfers Paradise and approx 20 minute walk to Broadbeach. Northcliff tram stop approx 3 minute walk away.
Parking:
On street parking is free 3H parking Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
Bills:
Bills are included in the rent ($50 per week for bills), this includes wifi, electricity, water, as well as a cleaner that comes fortnightly on Tuesday mornings. Cleaners will clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors throughout only.
Open to anyone looking for a room that is respectful, cleans up after themselves and gets along well with others. Not a party house. No smokers. No couples. Looking for someone to treat this place as if their own home. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

About the flatmates
There are two existing tenants in the apartment that you will share the space with. In the master is Jamie, a man in his early 30s. Jamie is on a working holiday visa from the UK and works full time in the tattoo industry. He is into fitness, a morning person, doesn’t drink, super clean and respectful of shared spaces. Connor is in the second bedroom, he is a physio who works full time at the Gold Coast hospital. He is new to the Gold Coast, he has an active lifestyle and is into fitness. They both are looking for someone who can have a chat at the end of the work day but is respectful of common spaces and schedules.
The successful person has to be responsible, tidy and contribute to creating a harmonious happy home.
No couples or share rooms. Looking for someone who respects common space, is courteous to roommates, and is looking to make this place their home. No parties and not to be treated as a hostel.
Please note: I am the landlord looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in the apartment.
