This apartment is my baby - so I'm looking for someone who'll respect her as much as I do and help keep her clean. She's located within a 5 min walk to the beach, tram stop, and o'bagel. Right across the road there's a park and a jetty that's perf for watching sunsets on the river 🌅
We're super lucky to have a double car spot so no street parking is necessary! The pool area is really nice too, heaps of palms and super tropical 🌈🌴
You'd have the larger of the two rooms which also has a lil balcony that looks onto the pretty pool area - the room also comes with a mounted smart tv <3
