Hi,
I am going away from 13/02/2026 - 09/03/2026 and am renting out my room for this period. Room available for $100 / night or best offer.
The room is large and has a king bed (can be separated into two king single beds) and has an ensuite. Garage and street parking available.
I have a female housemate who will be here during the period (although she works full time and is generally out of the apartment from 2pm onwards).
Not welcoming anyone that either smokes or wants to party.
