We have swans, dolphins and bullsharks so no swimming! lol we also all kinds of wild and local birds, lizards and more! We also have our own pontoon! 😉🦢💞🐬🌈🦎🦜❤️🌊🦋

Im a female business woman who is very much into a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy fitness and home cooked meals. I have a very busy routine but I also take time to enjoy this beautiful home, especially the outdoor pool area! On a glorious day you will usually find me outside soaking up some rays while I continue work. Im not a big drinker. I literally hardly ever drink but on a very rare occasion like birthdays or New Years I will have a few to celebrate life! 😉🍹🥂🎊❤️🎁 When my time permits I also enjoy socialising with friends at dinners and going dancing! 💃❤️😻

Health is my priority so Im definitely in search for like minded individuals. I certainly dont want to share a home with people who drink every evening. Im extremely clean and tidy as I respect my own private space and others, so please only VERY clean considerate potential roomies apply. Im in search of some incredible people to share this home with but who also practice the same living standards as myself, taking pride in keeping a clean personal space, tidy home and especially a very clean kitchen after cooking 🙏💝

My favorite part of the home is the outdoor area and pool facing the canal. It is such an amazing view right on the main Nerang river! Everyday and especially on the weekends it is so entertaining! with all sorts of boats and jetskis or the od doggys on boats been taken for rides! 🐶❤️🛶🌊🐕 Across the canal there is a rowing club so that is also nice to watch in action 😀💪🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️🚣

Outside there is also plenty of space to do some exercise like yoga and pushups, which is so lovely having a workout all while enjoying the incredible scenery! We have an epic top quality mineral pool (salt water and magnesium) 💜💪💦💟 In summer its refreshng and winter freezing cold perfect for cryotherapy treatment! This is amazing for muscle recovery after exercise. There is also a few local gyms in the area, literally a 5 min walk plus there is a very impressive outdoor gym walking distance right across the mini bridge to Evandale Lake. You can also swim in the lake! The beach is also only a 10 min walk or a quick bike ride!

The property faces North/East so there is sun all morning to the afternoon. Facing the canal the sun begins around 8am and with no big surrounding buildings so its sun worshipping time all day long! 😉😜🔥💕🌞👙 then each magical day ends with a view of beautiful blessed sunset! 💙🙌💚🙌❤️🙌💜🙌🧡

Chevron Island is prime location with its own small community offering all essentials from food markets closing 11pm, bakeries, restaurants, hair and beauty salons plus shopping. On the main street on there is also a chemist, dentist and much more! 💟

There is two supermarkets Coles and Woolies closing 10pm which is a quick 10 min walk over the beautiful scenery crossing the Chevron to Surfers bridge 💝 Also close by across the bridge to Evandale Lakethere is a weekly Sunday Farmers Market

The tram is located crossing the the Chevron to Surfers bridge. The closest bus stops are located on the main street at Chevron Island 🚋🚍

Enjoy the plentiful and very safe street parking and or buy a bicycle as everything is so close! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴

Pacific Fair the main big shopping mall is only a 10 min drive or 15 min tram ride where there is late night shopping on Thursday night until 9pm. Supermarkets are open late until 10pm every evening except Sunday 9pm. For more late night shopping go to Surfers as many shops are open until 10pm nightly 💘💘💘
