Im Paul 45yrs old, I work in building maintenance. Im a very quiet person who likes a quiet & peaceful home. Im out the door very early & am also in bed early so this definitely isnt a party house in any way. But I do enjoy a friendly chat and a catch up. The water views are nice, you wouldnt know all the hustle and bustle is just outside. Its quite a large unit though a little run down. Ive not long moved in myself & Im looking to get some new furniture etc. Would suit a working student.
