We are an easy-going, down-to-earth couple in our 40s with two lovely, well-behaved children. We live and work South of Gold Coast and this apartment is used primarily as our weekend and school holiday home, meaning it is mostly unoccupied during the week.
We are respectful, considerate, and value a calm, positive home environment. Having hosted and shared homes for over 15 years, we are very experienced, helpful, and mindful of creating a comfortable and fair living arrangement. We believe in open communication, mutual respect, and ensuring everyone feels at home.
