Looking for a quiet, respectful flatmate to share a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Paradise Waters.

You’ll be sharing with one single female (50) in a non-party household. I work from home and value a calm, easygoing living environment.

- Private unfurnished bedroom, will fit king size bed
- Own bathroom and toilet
- Third bedroom not rented (used for storage / guests)

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Light, comfortable shared living areas

- Short walk to the beach
- Cafés and restaurants nearby in Main Beach
- Tram stop close by for easy transport

- Internet included
- Electricity & water shared 30/70 (70% paid by me)

Other details:
- One friendly dog lives here 🐾
- No additional pets, but you must be happy with mine
- Prefer single occupant; may consider a couple for the right fit
