We are looking for one new housemate (no couples for this room) to join us here at Villa Roma, Isle of Capri in Surfers Paradise.

The advertised rental includes all bills, high speed Internet, fortnightly cleaner and gardener.

Applicants must be working/studying, internationals very welcome, we have people from all around the world staying with us at Villa Roma.

We are only looking for housemates who are calm, quiet, peaceful, clean and interested in looking after their environment. Please do not enquire if this doesn't sound like you.

This home offers a lovely environment with lots of space to enjoy.

All rooms have comfortable queen or king beds, built in wardrobes/shelves and fan, the house is also air-conditioned.

There are 2x share bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer.

Must also be happy to agree to no party policy and house rules.

Via Roma is centrally located on upmarket Isle of Capri, across the road from a local boutique shopping mall with services, eatery and supermarket and across the bridge you have Surfers Paradise and its glittering nightlife; if you like the surf you're literally a 5 minute stroll from a legendary beach.

100% not a Party House but a sanctuary for those looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Transport: Bus city link across the road, 300 meters walk to light train station.

Beach: 5 mins walk.
