I have a sharehouse in Surfers Paradise. Very close to beach, tram, language schools and the CBD. Its only a 5 minutes walk.

Share-room $250 per week - (Long Term Agreement is 4 months or longer) OR $300 per week (Month by Month) - including all expenses.

Own room $400 per week - (Long Term Agreement is 4 months or longer) OR $450 per week (Month by Month Agreement) - including all expenses.

Only international students or working holiday.

Including:
Unlimited WiFi NBN
Water
Electricity

Security Deposit is $500 or $600 for share-room - depending Long Term or Month by Month - (two weeks is deposit - this gets returned after you complete your last clean and return my keys).

HOUSE RULES:
1. It's NOT a party house.
2. House is only for you, not friends.
3. Wash dishes immediately.
4. One house clean per month.
5. Two weeks notice to leave at end of agreement.

Must be clean and respectful of other's, wash dishes immediately as well lock door when you leave house.

House is cleaned every week on Wednesday and Sunday- sharehouse renting only works if it's clean and respectful people. I do come to my house and look after you have clean to say Thankyou!

*My sharehouse is NOT a party house or you will be removed immediately. Must clean your dishes immediately is a 100% certainty as I don’t want to come wash them up for you. My house is only for you, not your friends. If you agree with my house rules you are welcome to stay as long as you like - message me for inspection.
