We have a spare room for short term rent from now (for only one person)
The house is closely located near to multiple shops. It is 5 minute walk (less than 1 minute drive) to Aldi, takeaway, clinic, T.K.maxx, Spotlights, gyms, bus stations, 5mins by car to highway.

The spare room is furnished with a extra bar fridge. Also comes with a study desk, chair and lamp. The flatmate will share the bathroom and toilet with 2 children. The rent will cover bills including unlimited internet, electricity, and water. Only two weeks bond is required.

Worker, student and backpacker are welcome to apply. We don't prefer shift worker however please let us know your shift work hours.

Please message us with your self introduction. The suitable person must be a respectful and reliable, friendly but keep to yourself, clean, non-smoking and no party person. As it is a family home, the house rule includes strictly no party, no drinking and no using drugs, and quiet time after 8:30pm.

If you are interested, please contact us via flatmate with your introduction (working/studying, visa conditions, etc). We may need to conduct background check for security purpose. The first 2 weeks will the trial periods for the lease, and if everyone feels comfortable we will set the lease as ongoing periodic.
