5 minutes to M1 and 2 minutes to Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. The main lounge hardly gets used. The bedroom is furnished and any other furnishings you want I will accommodate. I do all the cleaning. It’s a very peaceful quiet relaxed home and everyone respects boundaries.

About the flatmates
There is a 30 year old lady who is manager of Petbarn who has been with me for 2 years. Another lady who is 62 years old who is a remedial masseuse and myself 64 and I work in a shoe factory. We are all quiet, respectful people. It’s a large house and sometimes you don’t see anyone. If you want peace and quiet and want to feel at home this is the place to be.
