About the property
Our very clean and classy two story house is looking for someone we can feel comfortable with. Bedroom 3 is available for $350 per week which includes some storage space underneath the house, a spa out on back deck, a TV can be put up on the wall (frame already installed), along with many appliances you can use (ice cream maker, air fryer, instant pot, 6 station gas oven, microwave, smart fridge, washer and dryer). There is a bathroom upstairs which includes a bath and that will be all yours. Wi-Fi included and contents insurance.
The house has been newly renovated and is well maintained. We have a driveway which we will share, the garage has a table tennis table and a dartboard. There is a 10 foot pool table in the dining room as well. We also have a fire pit out the back.
I'm really hoping we become friends so we can share all these activities!

About the flatmates
My roommate Shai lives in the bottom bedroom and she works FIFO with a two weeks on and two week off roster. She's super cool and bubbly. Myself and my cat who is named Whiskey (he's a Maine Coon), live in the bedroom directly above. Whiskey is super clean and the little mess he makes is vacuumed up by robots. He's very loving.
We have lots of passionfruit growing down the side of the house and I love gardening. I work full-time at Westpac and work from home occasionally in bedroom 4. I also have six gym classes I instruct at Goodlife and world gym Coomera. I take good care of the house and really just want someone who doesn't destroy my hard work! :)
