I’m looking for someone to share my spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental home, available from 27th of December, I also share the home with my two delightful Dalmatians (so loving animals is a must!).

🛌 The Rooms:
• (Room for Rent):
Located at the front of the house with private external access, this is the primary bedroom currently being rented. It comes furnished with a queen-size bed (if you need) has a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, external access and offers excellent privacy.
• Bonus Second Room:
A separate second bedroom is available for shared use as extra storage, a home office, or games room, depending on your needs.

📍 Location: Our home is nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood in Upper Coomera, close to the M1, offering both convenience and tranquillity.

🌐 Inclusions: Internet, Netflix, and air conditioning in the lounge room 🛋️

💲 Rent:
• Single: $350 per week (including bills)
• Couple: $400 per week (including bills)
