About the flatmates
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease at our place in Coomera. The rent is 300 per week not including bills + 4 weeks bond when moving in. The place is in a quiet area close to the m1 and shops. As shown in the photos, you would have plenty of storage space and are able to park within the front gate. You will be moving in with 2 other people in their mid/late 20’s as well as a golden retriever named dumpling. They are both chefs working long hours therefore aren’t home too much. The main bathroom would be shared with one. They are both quiet, clean and respectful and would like the same values with their new room mate. Move in date can be asap.
